The Pilgrim entity network consists of at least five LLCs — Windtree, Coulter, Warwick, Caribbean Isle, and Forest Park — all controlled by Steven Ivankovich and appearing as appellants in the 7th Circuit (consolidated December 4, 2025). These entities are classified as shell companies with no independent predicate acts, used to hold and potentially conceal assets from judgment creditors. The Delaware Court of Chancery has published an opinion directly addressing the Pilgrim/Ivankovich entity structure and governance.
